How much are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.90. We offer free shipping on orders over €60.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will usually be delivered within 1–3 business days. For selected premium products, it may take up to 5 business days.
Is the payment secure with you?
Yes! Our shop uses modern SSL encryption, so your data is protected at all times. Your payments are processed through trusted payment providers.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, after shipment you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can always see where your order is.
How does the return process work?
Simply fill out the return form, prepare the package, and send it back to us using the enclosed return label. The refund will be processed within a few days of receiving the package.
Can I return a perfume?
Of course! You have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive the goods. Please note that unopened products can be returned without any problems.

Ja! Unsere Discovery Kits enthalten 8x 2ml und sind perfekt zum Ausprobieren. Du kannst dir dein Kit selbst mit deinen Wunschdüften zusammenstellen.
Wie hoch ist der Duftöl-Anteil?
Unsere Extrait de Parfums enthalten 30% Duftöl und sind daher besonders intensiv und langanhaltend – bis zu 12+ Stunden auf der Haut.
Sind eure Parfums vegan?
Ja, alle unsere Parfums sind 100% vegan und frei von tierischen Inhaltsstoffen.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we prioritize cruelty-free products wherever possible. Many of our brands are also vegan and sustainably produced.
Are there any fragrance samples included with my order?
Yes! You'll receive free fragrance samples with every order. Usually, one sample is included with each fragrance ordered.
Wie sprühe ich das Parfüm am besten auf?
Sprühe das Parfum aus ca. 20 cm Entfernung auf Pulsstellen wie Handgelenke, Hals und hinter die Ohren sowie auf deine Kleidung – dort hält der Duft besonders lange. Für maximale Haltbarkeit trage vorher eine unparfümierte Creme auf die Pulsstellen auf. Vermeide den Kontakt mit Augen und Schleimhäuten.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
